Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Advanced Weight Loss Clinic, and they will contact us.

If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to Dr. Rusnak-Zrnich after our regular hours, please call our office at (704) 817-4355. A doctor is on call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.

Advanced Weight Loss Clinic is self-pay only - we do not accept insurance at this time. Please contact your insurance company to find out if we accept your HSA or FSA plan. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Advanced Weight Loss Clinic are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request through our online patient portal or by calling our office at (704) 817-4355.

Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctor may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
